General Rules
1. Using cheats, hacks or abusing glitches is under zero tolerance and will lead to a permanent ban.
2. Respect everyone. No shit-talking, purposefully annoying people or trolling.
3. Body-blocking is not allowed if you are doing it to troll or be annoying.
4. No Bunny Hopping. It is unrealistic.
5. Do not mess with Admins on Duty, they are not role-playing so you shouldn't interact with them as if they are, whatsoever
6. Scamming is not allowed whatsoever. Blind Auctions are also not allowed.
7. Do not impersonate Tim, or any member of the TDRP administrative team member.
8. Do not ban evade by going on alts. We will simply perm the alt and increase the ban on your main.
9. Follow NLR (New Life Rule). If you die, you forget everything from the "past life". You cannot go back to the place you died in the past life for atleast 5 minutes.
10. Follow FearRP. You can't attack a person who has a gun (or tazer) pointed at you, while you are unarmed, you must roleplay being afraid of the gun.
11. You must advertise every crime you do, Raid,Carjack,Mug,Kidnap and more. Fail to follow these rules and you will get a warning
Tools and Prop Rules
1. Do not propblock anything, there should be a keypad or button to reach the area/items.
2. Do not propsurf yourself or others.
3. You may not build in a public area unless an admin gave you permission.
4. It's not allowed to make traps, constructions that kill people.
5. Don't try to get on rooftops and don't build on them either.
6. Do not abuse your physgun, toolgun, props or any of the tools.
7. All your constructions must be supported. This means no floating constructions.
8. Do not spawn props during a combat situation. IE: Baricades for defence or offence, new structures.
9. Do not propkill yourself or others.
10. Do not proppush at all.
Role-playing Rules
1. Do not randomly kill someone (RDM - Random Death Match)
2. Follow the New Life Rule. If you don't know what it is, scroll down on this page to the 'New Life Rule' section.
3. No job abuse.
4. As a thief, don't pickpocket anyone in the spawning area or anyone taking the Civil Protection test.
5. Do not disconnect, suicide, change jobs, etc to get out of a role-play situation.
6. Do not mic spam.
7. Do not spawn kill. As Hitman you cannot kill someone in spawn. (You also cannot stand and wait for them to leave)
8. Don't speak or joke about DDOS, even in role-play. (If you do not know what this is, do not worry about it)
9. The RPG, C4, and IED can only be used as a raiding tool, since they destroy props. If in the process they kill / hurt people, that is fine.
10. You must make a reasonable attempt to take the Mayor hostage before opening fire on him (you must be a raiding class to take hostages).
11. The Mayor may use anything in the CP Armory.
12. Private Class' may not role-play as: Hobo, Civil Protection (Includes CP Helper), Mayor (Includes Mayor's Guard), and Hitman
13. You may not defend random people, only your friends, gang members and allied gang members.
14. You may raid someone after selling them entities, unless an agreement was made otherwise (See Scamming Rules).
15. Hobos may not own doors, since they are homeless.
16. Baiting Civil Protection is not allowed. It's FailRP.
17. Accidentally damaging someone (crossfire) is still RDM. Read more below.

4. SWAT may free-roam, but must protect the Police Department and Mayor during a raid / lockdown.
5. Civil Protection members are NOT allowed to baton rush.
6. Civil Protection members are NOT allowed to base/own doors/homes. The Police Department is your home.
7. Civil Protection members are NOT to arrest hobos during a lockdown, since they have no home.
8. Do not randomly weapon check someone. (Being in the PD is reason enough for a check)
9. Do not raid without a warrant. A building open to the public does not require a warrant to go into, unless there is a closed off private area such as a back room.
10. Do not metagame. You cannot warrant based off hearing money printers or cocaine labs through the walls.
Fireman Rules
1. Do not randomly hit people with the Fire Axe.
2. Don't use the fire axe to break in houses, or to open doors randomly.
Rebels/Mafia Rules
1. When you are in a gang, you still can't kill a person without a RP reason.
2. When you are in the same team, don't kill your team members and don't steal from them.
3. Different teams are created for a reason do not join other teams, for example rebels don't join mafia.
4. Just because you're in a underground team doesn't give you the right to raid or do anything you please.
5. Follow the roleplay canon of your job. Rebels are poor and cannot afford expensive cars or bases, just as the Mafia don't go around mugging people.
Street Crime Rules
1. You may only commit street crime in realistic areas (ie. The slums or the Industrial district - anywhere which is far from the government).
2. Remember - criminals do not want to get caught. Do not commit crime in plain sight or under the eyes of multiple witnesses or even police officers.
3. When demanding sums of money from robberies and muggins, demand realistically ($500 maximum).
4. You may not mug the same person within 10 minutes.
5. You may steal vehicles to sell them back to the owners or other parties only with valid RP reasons.
6. When selling a stolen car, you must ensure your buyer is aware of it. Make sure that the person understands, this vehicle won't be his to unlock or store in his inventory.
7. Do not FailRP. If you are a criminal you do not wear suits or drive expensive cars. Car-thieves need chop-shops, burglars need places to store their stolen goods too. Proper background RP draws the line between Criminal RP and general minging which can get you banned.

1. You must use rope on a hostage.
2. Do not run away from gunpoint or while being tied: this is breaking FearRP.
3. Do not disconnect to avoid being hostaged.
4. The maximum you can ask for the release of a hostage is $2000.
5. Once the hostage has gave you your demands you must release him/her.
6. Once you have taken a hostage you must look after them until they have accepted your demands.
7. Don't hostage players randomly.
8. You may not hostage people in the streets, you may hostage people close outside your base, but only if you have a decent reason for it.
Vehicle Rules
1. Do not run people over at purpose and always try to brake or avoid the person.
2. When your car is stuck, call an admin. You can gently try to move it with a prop if required.
3. Do not modify cars with props or tools without prior admin approval. Admins may modify a car with small objects/materials if it is required for an event.
4. Do not make seats in the back of the tides truck to transport people. IE:Seats thrown into the back or by making it a bus.
5. Do not reconnect to get your stolen car back.
6. Do not build your own vehicle.
7. Do not use your car to propblock the street, to propblock your base, or other locations where people have to pass.
8. Don't steal someones car when it's getting unlocked.
9. Do not climb on your car, this is considered as propclimbing.
10. You must advertise "car jack" before stealing it

1. Don't walk on the walls and don't build walkways on them.
2. Bases must fit the roleplay of the situation, for example poor rebels cannot afford high-tech bases.
3. Bases must abide with the 'Door Rules' section.
4. Barricades cannot be made so it is impossible for attackers to shoot you.
5. Don't use fading door tool to fade a prop away to shoot.
6. Props where only 1 side is textured are only allowed to be used as a window. Using these props for an advantage in shooting is not allowed.
7. Doom forts are not allowed. This means you cannot make it hard for the opposing force to raid you. (ex: mazes, having to crouch or jump over props, small firing holes.)
Door Rules
1. Do not build more than 2 custom doors which are not public in a row. Your friend's doors are counted as well.
2. When you build custom doors use the fading door tool and place keypads and/or buttons on both sides.
3. Keypads or buttons needs to be visible, accessible and their function has to be clear.
4. Custom doors have to be open 3 seconds or longer, you must also use the keypad you placed instead of the numpad on your keyboard.
5. Between 2 doors, there should be space for atleast 2 persons standing side by side.
6. Do not build custom doors behind an unownable door, exceptions are: Nexus and offices.
